Uptick Workspace Audit: Terms of Use

In case of conflict, the French version prevails for consumers in Quebec, and the English version prevails elsewhere.
1. What the plugin does
Uptick Workspace Audit is a skills-only plugin that inspects existing workspace instructions, skills, workflows, documentation, and verification steps made available through your AI tool. It produces a read-only, evidence-backed audit with ranked improvements, confidence levels, proposed instruction changes, a seven-day action plan, and ways to measure progress. It does not apply the proposed changes as part of the audit.
2. Findings and estimates are informational
Findings and rankings depend on the available evidence and may be incomplete or incorrect. Priority scores help sort opportunities; they are not financial-return estimates. Expected benefits are not measured results unless supported by evidence, not professional advice, and not a promise of any result. Your own results will differ. You are responsible for your decisions.
3. Your input
Do not provide personal data about other people, customer data, credentials, financial account numbers, or health information. You are responsible for the material you make available to your AI tool. The plugin package has no data-collection endpoint. See the Privacy Policy for how your AI tool and this site handle data.
4. Acceptable use
Use the plugin lawfully and in line with OpenAI's usage policies. Do not misuse it, copy it at scale, or interfere with it.
5. Third parties
The plugin runs through your AI tool, which its provider supplies under its own terms. Links to this site lead to a separate website with its own terms and privacy policy. Using this site is optional. The plugin does not sell anything.
6. Intellectual property
The plugin's instructions belong to Uptick. You may use the output for your own business purposes.
7. No promises, limits of liability
The plugin is provided as is, without promises of any kind about accuracy, completeness, or availability. To the extent the law allows, Uptick is not liable for losses that arise from use of the plugin. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intentional or gross fault, for bodily injury, or for consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
8. Changes and ending
We may change or remove the plugin or these terms at any time. We will update the date above when we do.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, and the courts of Quebec are the venue. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
